About the Role

As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities across all TTW offices—including Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia. Working closely with the HR team, you’ll help us attract top talent efficiently, while ensuring every candidate enjoys a positive, professional, and engaging experience throughout the process.

What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?

• Conducting research on key markets and hard-to-fill roles to identify prospective candidates

• Creating job requisitions and posting advertisements across internal and external platforms

• Coordinating interviews and candidate testing for shortlisted applicants

• Assisting with screening and interviewing candidates

• Completing reference checks

• Maintaining the TTW Careers section of the website

• Keeping accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS

• Communicating with candidates to ensure a smooth and supportive recruitment experience

• Providing administrative support to hiring managers and the HR team throughout the recruitment cycle

What Are We Looking For?

• A business-related degree, ideally in Human Resources (preferred but not essential)

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ATS experience is highly advantageous

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment

• Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset

• A passion for improving both candidate and hiring manager experiences

• Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail

What Will Make You Stand Out?

• Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and a proven ability to deliver recruitment outcomes

• Strong reporting capabilities using platforms such as Excel, Taleo

• Experience within the Civil Engineering or Engineering Consulting industry

• A team player who works seamlessly with stakeholders at all levels
