About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Barista & Bartender to join our dynamic team at at Kuta Lombok. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality beverage ser. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced healt HUB and contribute to the ongoing success of our thriving hospitality business.
What you'll be doing
Expertly prepare a wide range of coffee, tea and specialty beverages to the highest standards
Provide outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
Maintain a clean, well-stocked and organised bar area to support efficient service
Share your knowledge and train junior staff to uphold our high standards of quality and service
Participate in inventory management
Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience as a senior barista and/or bartender in a high-volume hospitality setting
Demonstrated expertise in coffee preparation, latte art and the creation
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues
Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety regulations
Fluency in English and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia
