General Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree or more, preferably in Transportation/Logistics Management.
Experienced working in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding company (min. 2 years).
Understanding of forwarding/logistics documents, process and flow.
Able to operate CEISA 4.0
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Effective communication and service mind.
Discipline, responsible, reliable, high initiative, and able to work in team.
High responsibility and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
Learn new things and develop yourself as the company grows.
