Costing Junior Staff

About the role

We are seeking a talented Costing Junior Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Toyota Tsusho Techno Park Indonesia. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing cost accounting support and analysis to ensure the financial success of our operations in Karawang, West Java.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing accurate and timely cost reports and analyses to support decision-making

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of cost accounting systems and processes

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities

• Providing support in the implementation of cost control measures and budgeting

• Participating in the month-end close process and reconciling cost accounts

• Conducting research and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

• 1 year of experience in cost accounting or a similar role

• Understand manufacturing cost accounting

• Familiar with journal & financial closing process

• Familiar with monthly tax (calculation & report)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in using financial and accounting software, such as ERP systems

• Knowledge of cost accounting principles, including cost allocation, variance analysis, and budgeting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
