General Affair Staff

Job Description ;

• Managing daily operational expenses and ensuring the smooth running of the office

• Tracking, maintaining, and procuring company assets such as furniture, office inventories and vehicles

• Managing the purchase and distribution of stationery (ATK), drinking water, and other daily consumables

• Liaising with external providers for cleaning services, catering, and waste management

• Ensuring the workplace meets safety regulations and conducting regular inspections

• Managing travel arrangements, company event logistics, and routine bill payments (internet, cellular phone, etc.)

Job Specificaton:

• Bachelor degree majoring management, accounting, or technic  from reputable university

• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position

• Good ability in Microsoft Excel and good proficiency in English

• Willing to work (business trip) to another city

• Strong organizational skill, ability to manage time efficiently, ability to handle multiple task simultaneously and manage competing operational priorities

• Quick thinking to resolve facility breakdowns or logistical bottlenecks.

• Skilled in interpersonal communication to manage both internal staff request and external vendor negotiation
