RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, shoot, & edit TikTok content with internal creators
Write short scripts, captions, hashtags, & video briefs based on current trends
Stay updated on TikTok trends & algorithm changes to guide content strategy
Analyze performance & create reports to optimize engagement & conversions
Develop content plans to increase GMV & drive results
Collaborate with the KOL team to align on creative direction
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or related field
2-3 years of professional experience in Social Media Specialist/Digital Marketing IS A MUST
Strong creative skills in copywriting, visual concepts, & storytelling
Familiar with TikTok & other platforms, & up to date with digital trends
Proficient in basic design (Canva) & video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere)
Able to analyze & interpret social media metrics
Good communication skills; comfortable working independently & in a team
Creative, detail-oriented, & deadline-driven
Willing to work fully WFO at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
