Quality Control Microbiology Staff
Job Purpose:
Responsible for conducting microbiological analysis of bacteria and fungi in finished goods, raw materials, production water, drinking water, and factory environmental conditions.
Job Description:
Analyze samples from raw materials and production.
a. Perform microbiological testing for bacteria and fungi.
b. Detect specific microorganisms in finished products (e.g., E. coli, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa, C. albicans).
c. Record test results and determine product status (release, hold, or reject).Ensure all sampling activities follow work instructions.
Monitor room and equipment sanitation (environmental monitoring and swab tests).
Identify and investigate microbiological contamination.
Calibrate laboratory equipment regularly.
Maintain accurate stock of laboratory reagents and supplies.
Supervise junior staff and ensure quality of work.
Implement 5R and K3 (safety) programs and maintain proper ISO documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Biology, or Biotechnology with minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00
Fresh graduates up to 5 years of work experience are welcome to apply
Skilled in microbiological analysis and laboratory equipment maintenance
Able to operate laboratory instruments.
Proficient in MS Office, email, cloud-based file systems, and SAP.
Have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with the team, and be able to work under pressure.
Creative, detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
Working hours: 6-Days (Non-shift), Monday to Saturday
Monday - Friday: 08.00 - 16.00
Saturday: 08.00 - 13.00Work Placement in Gresik, East Java.
