Position Overview

We are seeking a GA Staff (General Affairs Staff) to support day-to-day general affairs and administrative operations. This role focuses on managing office facilities, company assets, and supporting services such as canteen and transportation to ensure smooth daily operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle daily general affairs and administrative activities

  • Manage and maintain office facilities, including buildings, utilities, equipment, and common areas

  • Coordinate canteen operations, including vendor management, cleanliness, and service quality

  • Manage company vehicles (cars), including scheduling, maintenance, fuel usage, and documentation

  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, GA-related goods, and services

  • Prepare purchase requests, track approvals, and follow up on purchasing and payment processes

  • Liaise with vendors, internal departments, and finance related to GA operations and payments

  • Maintain organized filing of GA and administrative documents (physical and digital)

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies related to facilities and assets

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of administrative data and documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative roles

  • Experience managing facilities, office services, canteen, or company vehicles is highly preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and operational processes

  • Experience handling purchasing, invoicing, or payment administration is an advantage

  • Well-organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar administrative tools
