Human Capital Information System Officer (HCIS Officer)
Job Descriptions :
Mengelola proses design, testing, dan implementasi project yang terkait dengan pengembangan & pemeliharaan system HRIS
Melakukan analisa, dan evaluasi pada system HRIS terkait perubahan policy, serta melakukan development dari sisi system untuk mendukung proses bisnis perusahaan
Melakukan monitoring & troubleshooting pada technical system (yakni meliputi proses : backup process monitoring, background job monitoring, alert monitoring) dengan tujuan memastikan system dapat berjalan dengan baik
Melakukan support terkait kebutuhan informasi yang terkait dengan data human resources management (Information / Data Center) untuk mendukung proses analisa, sampai dengan pengambilan keputusan
Melakukan support & problem solving terkait proses operasional yang melibatkan system (Input data, Proses Payroll, dll) agar proses operasional dapat berjalan dengan baik
Job Requirements :
Pendidikan minimal S1 Jurusan Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika
Mengenal proses bisnis Human Capital & memiliki pengalaman kerja relevan dibidang HCIS selama 1–3 tahun
Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang kuat serta mampu mengolah dan menganalisis data
Familiar dengan Sistem HRIS dan paham terhadap SDLC (Softward Development Life Cycle)
Mempunyai kemampuan programming seperti PHP, Javascript, Mobile Programming. Serta Database (SQL Server, My SQL) menjadi nilai tambah
Mampu mengoperasikan software Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Mampu bekerja sama & berkolaborasi antar departement, serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, proaktif, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan proses kerja.
