About the role

As a Procurement Staff at PT Berkat Sumber Rizki, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process for the company. This full-time position is based in Kemayoran - North Jakarta and you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services to support the company's operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies

2. Research and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships

3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations

4. Maintain detailed records of procurement activities and generate reports as required

5. Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate the delivery of purchased items

6. Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor Degree from a reputable University any major

2. At least 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the general trading, heavy equipment, transport, or logistics industry

3. Good communication skills in English as well in Bahasa Indonesia

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions

5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders

6. Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office suite

7. Thorough understanding of importation, procurement policies, procedures, and best practices

8. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
