Role Description
We are seeking a HC Compliance & Administration Staff to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our manufacturing facility in Cibitung. This position is suitable for talent who are interested in developing their career in human capital administration, attendance management, and labor compliance support within a manufacturing environment.
The selected candidate will support integrated human capital administrative functions, combining basic industrial relations administration and compensation-related processes, including attendance management and employment documentation for non-permanent employees, in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Job Details
Assist in managing human capital administration and labor compliance documentation in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
Monitor and update employee attendance records, particularly for non-permanent employees (PKWT and operator interns)
Receive and assist in handling employee inquiries or simple issues related to attendance, work schedules, and basic HC administration based on SOP
Support the administration of non-permanent employee data, including employment contracts, ID cards, and workday arrangements
Assist in recording and reporting fixed-term employment contracts (PKWT) to relevant labor authorities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and HC databases
Provide administrative support for routine HC activities, audits, and inspections
Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for basic HC administrative processes
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Labor Studies, Law, Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, or other related fields
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Human Capital Administration, Industrial Relations, Personnel Administration, Attendance, or HC Operations are encouraged
Basic understanding of labor regulations, especially related to fixed-term employment (PKWT) and employment administration
Familiar with attendance administration and employee data management (manual or system-based)
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable handling administrative tasks
Good communication skills to interact with employees professionally
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing/factory environment
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
