Responsibilities:
Partner with business teams as the primary HR contact, aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives
Support workforce planning, organizational design, and talent requirements
Drive performance management processes and employee development initiatives
Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and reward practices
Manage employee relations matters while fostering a positive and productive work environment
Ensure the effective execution of end-to-end HR processes and compliance with company policies
Utilize HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required
Strong hands-on experience across the full HR function, including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations
Practical understanding of HR operations with the ability to translate policies into effective, business-focused execution
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
Experience supporting financial services, internet, or high-growth organizations is strongly preferred
Hands-on experience in sales training programs, onboarding, and performance improvement initiatives
Proven ability to partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with sales targets and overall business goals
