Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in e-Commerce, media consulting, management consulting, media agency, or equivalent industries.
- Experience managing agreements and partnerships with social media creators or the creator economy.
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to interact with stakeholders, clients and teams in the market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing people or teams.
- Experience with project management and handling multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Understanding of the online entertainment space as well as YouTube.
- Passion for online videos and content creators/partners.
- Excellent consultation and problem solving skills regarding contractual, technical and financial issues.
- Excellent communication, presentation, strategic, and analytical thinking skills.

As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Scaled Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.
You will also manage a scaled partnerships team, manage day-to-day operations and relationships with our Indonesian partners, field and prioritize incoming requests, troubleshoot partner systems around reporting, content management and creating periodic reports (external and internal) on team performance. You will ensure growth and meeting team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) will also be a key determinant of your success.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Indonesia team while deepening institutional relationships with the scaled partnerships unit to drive vertical-specific growth.
- Establish robust tracking systems for Key OKRs to proactively identify market trends, mitigate risks, and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of country-level OKRs, ensuring team efforts are precision-aligned with the organization’s high-level annual objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between local operations and regional GTM teams to unlock new business opportunities and remove blockers.
- Lead the deployment of high-impact projects and foster a culture of knowledge-sharing, scaling successful local playbooks to other regions.
