Education

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Performing Art (Seni Pertunjukan, Drama, Theater) or related fields

Experience

• Minimum 3 years experience in education, preferably having prior experience in teaching students from Primary to Secondary School

• Must have experience in teaching: Theatrical & musical drama (teaching dance is an advantages)

• Have a deep knowledge and able to create a story and script writing (traditional & modern story).

• Experience in dance art is an advantage

• Experience in handling students with varied learning abilities

Knowledge and Character

• Creative sense in making a performing art: Theatrical, opera, musical drama and story/ script writing

• Steven Covey’s 7 Habits

• Understand both National and Cambridge curriculum, and other International curriculum

Skills and Abilities

• English active and excellent in Bahasa Indonesia

• Has excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills

• Has the willingness to improve and learn continuously

• Has good classroom management and strong analytical skill in teaching

• Is able to build and manage relationship with colleagues, team, and parents

• Is able to manage multiple priorities and handle unexpected situations professionally and successfully

• Is able to put effective and efficient system in place and produce accurate and timely reporting

• Is familiar with technology (computer-literate)

• Creative, passionate, enthusiastic, warm, and approachable

• Is able to meet work deadlines and manage conflicting priorities (grasp of Franklin Covey's 7 Habits)
