A. HUMAN RESOURCES (HR)
1. Recruitment & Manpower Coordination
• Coordinate manpower needs with Production & Department Heads.
• Execute recruitment process (operators, staff, admin level).
• Conduct initial screening and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation.
• Monitor probation period and evaluation.

2. Employee Administration & Compliance
• Prepare employment contracts (PKWT / PKWTT).
• Maintain employee data and documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and discipline records.
• Issue warning letters (SP1–SP3) with management approval.
• Ensure compliance with Company Regulation (PP).
• Support labor law compliance and documentation.

3. Performance Monitoring
• Assist in implementing KPI system for:
• Staff
• Supervisors
• Production leaders
• Coordinate performance appraisal process.
• Monitor absenteeism and productivity trends.
• Report workforce performance data to management.

4. Training & Development
• Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Maintain skill matrix for production employees.
• Monitor training effectiveness and follow-up actions.

5. Industrial Relations & Discipline
• Handle employee complaints and counseling sessions.
• Mediate minor conflicts.
• Support termination process when required.
• Maintain good communication between workers and management.
• Coordinate with Disnaker if necessary (under Manager guidance).

B. GENERAL AFFAIRS (GA)
1. Facility Supervision
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of factory & office.
• Supervise cleaning service and security personnel.
• Coordinate facility repairs with related department.
• Monitor utilities usage and report irregularities.

2. Workplace Safety Support (K3)
• Ensure safety signage is properly displayed.
• Monitor condition of fire extinguishers and safety equipment.
• Support safety briefings and awareness programs.
• Report safety incidents to management.

• Support internal company events.
• Maintain discipline and workplace order.
• Ensure company rules are consistently applied.
• Assist management in implementing company culture initiatives.
