We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to support our recruitment process, daily HR operations, and employee development initiatives. This role is execution-focused and ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who enjoys hands-on HR work, administrative coordination, and people engagement.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interview scheduling, offering, onboarding) for creative and operational roles
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and project-based hiring requirements
Maintain the candidate pipeline and employee database accurately
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR-related documents
Handle attendance, leave records, probation tracking, and general HR administration
Support payroll data preparation and ensure accurate employee records
Assist in coordinating training, performance review processes, and employee development initiatives
Support employee engagement activities to maintain a positive and collaborative agency culture
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field
1–3 years of HR experience (recruitment experience is required)
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask
Adaptable in a fast-paced agency environment
Able to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously
Familiarity with HRIS or recruitment platforms is a plus
