Cost Control - Warehouse

Job Description:

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of consumable materials based on operational requirements.

• Manage end-to-end procurement and delivery process for consumables to destinations outside Java.

• Plan and arrange shipments to destination warehouses, ensuring on-time and accurate delivery.

• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule shipment departures.

• Ensure shipment quantities meet demand, without exceeding allocated capacity or falling below required needs.

• Monitor shipment progress and follow up on delays, shortages, or discrepancies.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipment schedules, and delivery status.

• Communicate proactively with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding delivery timelines and potential risks.

• Support cost efficiency through proper shipment planning and optimal space utilization.

• Prepare simple reports on material availability, shipment status, and fulfillment performance.

• Participate in cross-functional alignment meetings to support effective coordination and communication.

• Assist in the preparation of special operational campaigns such as double date events.

• Support ad hoc projects related to consumable management and general affairs as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end ordering and delivery processes.

• Familiar with shipment planning and warehouse distribution, especially to multiple locations.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of collaborating across departments.

• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities to address operational challenges proactively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), Spreadsheets and comfortable working with data and reports.
