About the role
We are seeking a talented Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our growing team at PT Sanggraha Pintar Logistik Indonesia. This full-time position will be based in Marunda Jakarta Utara, and will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Preparing and calculation WHT 23, VAT, CIT.
Familiar with coretax system.
Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of the finance and accounting functions
Continuously improving processes and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency of the finance and accounting department
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the logistics industry
Proficient in the use of SAP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
