Quality Control Staff (code: QC)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control (QC) Staff to join the team at PT Panasonic Gobel Energy Indonesia (PECGI). This full-time position is based in Bekasi, West Java, and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our manufacturing processes and products.

What you'll be doing

• Accurate resume and sharing of data defect from the production line

• Conduct analysis and report improvement activities on the production line

• Interpret data from various production systems to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement.

• Control quality loss in line production

• Maintaining compliance with regulations in the production line

• Assist in the design and development of database structures to support the organization's data management needs.

• Maintain comprehensive document control procedures.

• Control product development or testing activities and monitoring the inspection results

• Coordinate with other departments regarding design changes or developments

What we're looking for

• Diploma Degree (D3) with relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering

• Experience 1~2 year (fresh graduate are welcome)

• Good problem solving

• Good analytical & logical thinking

• Able to read technical drawing

• Understand of Statistical Process Control and be able to implement it

• Good communication skill in English both Oral and Written (TOEIC/TOEFL certified are preferred).

• Well-Organized, able to cooperate effectively and Good Communication Skill.

• Ability: Microsoft Office

• Specific Ability: Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL, data visualization software & Auto Cad /Solid Work it's preferable.
