Responsibilities for Customer Service / Admin Sales :
- Input customer data accurately and timely
- Communicate with sales team to ensure customer pricing and requirements are met
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Handle export orders and coordinate with vendors for shipment
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, accounts payable, or order entry
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
