Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) degree.
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong public speaking skills.
Experience in customer service is a plus.
Experience in sales/marketing is a plus.
Willing to work in a shifting system.
Jobdesc:
Provide direct customer service in accordance with company standards, including greeting customers, delivering information, and handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, accurate, and appropriate solutions within the assigned authority.
Communicate product information, promotions, and company policies clearly and accurately, ensuring customers fully understand the details.
Conduct product sales based on customer needs and achieve the monthly sales targets set by the company.
Continuously update personal knowledge regarding products, services, and new company policies to support optimal performance.
Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary and prepare regular reports on daily activities and operational challenges.
