Geniux Australia is expanding its international presence with a dedicated office in Bali. We are seeking an Administration Officer to support our operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business processes in our Bali office.
Role Overview
The Administration Officer will provide essential support to HR, compliance, and project administration tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to contribute to an international team environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support across HR, payroll, and compliance functions.
· Assist with contract preparation, onboarding, and employee record management.
· Maintain accurate data in systems such as PeopleApp and Employment Hero.
· Support project and sales administration tasks as required.
· Coordinate with the Australian office to ensure smooth cross-border operations.
Requirements
· Previous experience in administration or office support roles.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
· Familiarity with HR platforms (e.g., SEEK, Employment Hero) is an advantage.
· Willingness to work in Bali and collaborate with international teams.
