Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Handle emails, calls, and internal communications
Prepare and organise documents and reports
Maintain accurate data records in Excel and internal systems
Generate basic Excel reports
Support HR and operations with administrative tasks
Requirements
Experience in admin or office support is a bonus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry & basic formulas)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Minimum of five years’ experience in a related role
