Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office coordination

  • Handle emails, calls, and internal communications

  • Prepare and organise documents and reports

  • Maintain accurate data records in Excel and internal systems

  • Generate basic Excel reports

  • Support HR and operations with administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in admin or office support is a bonus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry & basic formulas)

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in a related role
