Project Management Staff

Requirements :

• Education Background: Bachelor's Degree or above

• Major in Engineering, Mechanical, Management/Economics or other related subject 

• Experience: HVAC, Cooling Tower, construction, or other industrial equipment, fresh graduated are welcome

• Language: English (is a must), Mandarin (will be a plus)

• Skill: Has a good communication skills, Negotiation, Computer use competency, interpersonal skill

• Gender and Age: Male/Female

Job Description:

• Creating project plan & schedules

• Maintain project budget

• Problem – solving

• Maintain of cash flow, delivery (import and local) of materials and installation meet the target

• Handling Import:

• Checking Shipping Docs (BL, PIB, COO, etc.)

• Having knowledge about PI, Lartas/Post Border, SKA & FTA

• Following current Import regulation, custom clearance, documentation, and logistic rules.

• Analyzing HS Code, and Customs Rules

• Managing supplier and ensure materials meet all of the target requirement
