About the role

PT VPower Operation Services is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Admin Operations professional to be based in South Jakarta, Jakarta Raya. This full-time position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operational activities. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support within an organization operating in the power generation sector, with a particular emphasis on analytical support and reporting functions.

What you'll be doing

1. Review and verify daily operational and production reports submitted by the Operations Department to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established reporting standards.

2. Prepare and compile internal and joint operation (KSO) reports to support the Berita Acara (BA) preparation process for each power plant site under operation.

3. Collect, validate, and organize supporting data and operational information required for the timely and accurate completion of the BA documentation process.

4. Maintain daily coordination and communication with the Operations Department to ensure all operational reports are completed and submitted in accordance with agreed timelines.

5. Provide administrative and reporting support to business relationship and management teams as required, particularly in relation to operational performance and documentation needs.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles, preferably within accounting, finance, or operational reporting environments.

3. Willingness to travel occasionally to operational sites as required.

4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
