We are looking for a structured, analytical, and strategic HR professional to manage organizational development, performance systems, and talent management processes within the company.


Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Organization & Performance Management
  • Develop and review Job Descriptions and organizational structure alignment.

  • Manage the Performance Management System (KPI & Performance Appraisal / PPK) including KPI cascading, monitoring, and performance cycle management.

  • Conduct performance data analysis and provide improvement recommendations.

2️⃣ Talent Development & Career Management
  • Design and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDP) based on performance and competency gaps.

  • Manage promotion, mutation, and job rotation processes aligned with career path and manpower planning.

  • Develop structured career path frameworks across departments.

3️⃣ Talent Mapping & Succession Planning
  • Conduct Talent Mapping using structured tools (e.g., performance vs potential matrix / 9-box matrix).

  • Maintain and update the company Talent Pool database.

  • Develop and monitor Succession Planning framework for key positions.

  • Prepare succession readiness reports and risk analysis for critical roles.

4️⃣ Training & Learning Management
  • Manage internal and external training programs (including vendor sourcing & evaluation).

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.

  • Develop learning initiatives (internal learning videos, awareness flyers, posters).

  • Support change management programs and organizational capability development.

5️⃣ Manpower Planning
  • Conduct workforce planning and headcount analysis.

  • Monitor manpower utilization and propose optimization strategies.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Training / Organization Development / Performance Management / Talent Management.

  • Strong understanding of:

    • KPI framework & performance appraisal systems

    • Individual Development Plan (IDP)

    • Talent mapping methodology (9-box matrix)

    • Succession planning process

    • Manpower planning & workforce analytics

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis & reporting).

  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
