About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at PT Abinaya Cahaya Semesta Indah. As a Senior Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing strategy and execution, ensuring our brand and products are positioned effectively in the Indonesian market. This is a full-time position based in our South Jakarta Jakarta office.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that effectively promote products and services
Manage and optimise digital marketing channels, including website, social media, and email, to reach and engage our target audience
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities and support lead generation efforts
Monitor and analyse marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to continuously improve our strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to enhance our marketing initiatives
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the Marketing & Communications industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Proficient in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and analytics
Ability to think strategically and creatively to position our brand and products in a competitive market
Experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals
