About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO our Kelapa Gading, Jakarta office. This is a full-time position offering opportunities for professional development and growth within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
Manage executive calendars and coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Prepare and proofread various communications such as emails, reports, and presentations
Organise and maintain office files, records, and other documentation
Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assist with travel arrangements and expense management
Contribute to the overall efficiency and smooth operation of the office
What we're looking for
Minimum of 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin is an advantage.
Strong organisational and time management abilities with attention to detail
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
Proactive and customer-focused approach with a positive can-do attitude
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Able to drive a car & have A driving license
Able to travel domestically & abroad
