Primary Content Creation (Hands-on Role)
Independently create and publish the majority of day-to-day social media content, with particular focus on IG Stories, real-time updates, POV content, and on-ground moments during service hours, events, and activations.
Social Media Content Planning & Calendar Ownership
Own weekly and monthly social media content calendars, ensuring planned content aligns with brand strategy, activation schedules, campaigns, and commercial priorities.
Daily Social Media Operations & Publishing
Execute daily posting, story updates, reels, and platform-specific content consistently and in a timely manner across all active social media channels.
On-ground & Real-Time Content Coverage
Be present on the ground during key service periods, events, and activations to capture, create, and publish real-time content that reflects the energy and experience of the outlet.
Collaboration with Photographer & Videographer
Work closely with in-house photographers and videographers to support higher-quality content needs, campaigns, and hero assets, while maintaining ownership of daily content output.
Content Editing & Adaptation
Perform light-to-medium editing of photos and videos (cropping, trimming, subtitles, basic color correction, formatting) to ensure content is optimized for each platform.
Platform Optimization & Best Practices
Continuously optimize content formats, posting times, captions, hashtags, and platform usage based on trends, algorithm changes, and performance data.
Community Management & Engagement Execution
Manage daily engagement across social platforms, including replies, comments, story interactions, and basic inbound messages, ensuring responses are timely, on-brand, and supportive of conversion.
Activation & Campaign Content Execution
Create and publish promotional, live, and post-event content to support activations, events, partnerships, and campaigns as directed by the Brand Manager.
Brand Standards & Quality Control
Ensure all content meets brand standards in tone, visual quality, accuracy, and messaging before publishing.
Performance Tracking & Insights
Track social media performance indicators (reach, engagement, saves, shares, profile visits, link clicks) and share regular insights with the Brand Manager to inform strategy adjustments.
Trend & Cultural Monitoring
Monitor social media trends, platform features, competitor activity, and cultural moments to proactively suggest content ideas and execution improvements.
Execution Discipline & Asset Management
Maintain organized archives of content assets, captions, calendars, and performance snapshots to ensure continuity and efficiency.
