Site Supervisor (Architecture & Interior)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Site Supervisor specializing in Architecture and Interior works. The successful candidate will oversee on-site operations for high-rise projects, ensuring all architectural and interior finishes meet technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture or Interior Design.
Certification: Must hold a valid SKA/SKK with a minimum level of Ahli Madya (Professional Engineer - Middle Level).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the Construction Services industry.
Proven track record as a Site Supervisor (Pengawas Lapangan) for construction or renovation projects involving office complexes, high-rise buildings, flats, or apartments (minimum 4 floors).
Technical Skills:
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings (Shop Drawings & As-Built Drawings).
In-depth knowledge of architectural finishing materials, interior fit-out sequences, and quality control procedures.
Proficiency in reporting site progress and managing subcontractors.
