Project Scheduler

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using the Critical Path Method (CPM).

• Monitor site progress for multi-story building projects (min. 4 floors) and update the S-Curve.

• Identify potential delays and provide mitigation strategies to the Project Manager.

• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure logic and durations are realistic.

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

• Certification: Must possess a valid SKA/SKK with a minimum level of Ahli Madya (Professional Engineer - Middle Level) in a relevant field.

• Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Construction Services industry.

  • Proven track record as a Project Scheduler specifically in the construction or renovation of high-rise buildings, office complexes, flats, or apartments (minimum 4 floors).

• Technical Skills:

  • High proficiency in scheduling software such as Oracle Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

  • Strong understanding of construction sequences and site operations.

• Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
