Sales Admin

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field

• Proficient in English both oral and written

• Able to operate computer Ms. Office, Internet, etc

• Good educational background - minimum B level standard

• Able to work as part of a small team in a demanding and work intensive environment

• Versatile and flexible

• A confident and professional telephone manner

• Preferably domicile location in Jakarta Barat or Tangerang

Job Purpose & Responsibility:

• Assist sales for sales activities (correspondence, quotation, customer contract, handling customer, handling complain, tender documentation)

• Responsible for processing customer order and make sure to be delivered / shipped as per the requested schedule

• Coordination with Purchasing & Order Process Dept to fulfill customer’s requirement
