Strategic Management Office (SMO) Staff

Are you experienced in strategy management and performance analysis? Join us and be part of driving impactful business decisions.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct macro and data analysis to support strategic initiatives.

• Support the strategic planning cycle (business planning, deployment & alignment, monitoring, and evaluation).

• Manage and coordinate SMO meetings, including scheduling and documentation.

• Support strategic projects under the SMO (Strategy Management Office).

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Business, or related field (minimum GPA 3.00)

• Proven experience in Strategic Management and/or Performance Management

• Strong understanding of corporate strategy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
