ADMIN MARKETING & AR MONITORING
Mempersiapkan dokument yang berhubungan dengan penagihan.
Monitoring AR setiap hari dan penagihannya.
Koordinasi dengan divisi finance untuk pembuatan laporan AR.
Melakukan follow up ke customer dalam hal penagihan.
Bekerja sama dengan team sales untuk melakukan penagihan ke customer.
Kualifikasi :
Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK.
Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang collection (diutamakan).
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, proaktif, dan mudah bergaul.
Menguasai Bahasa Inggris aktif lisan dan tulisan.
Menguasai Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel.
Teliti, rapi, dan terorganisir dalam administrasi dan dokumentasi.
Memiliki inisiatif tinggi dan mampu bekerja mandiri.
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
Bersedia menerima instruksi di hari libur bila diperlukan.
Jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan berintegritas tinggi.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim.
Memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik.
