Responsibilities :
Responsible for the user operation support of the company information system (SAP, POS, OA, etc)
Ensure system stability and scalability, also ensure business operations and events run smoothly
Responsible for sorting and analyzing IT requirements and major problems from various departments
Liaising with the Head Quarters team and efficiently following up to resolve as needed
Take responsibility for promoting the smooth and efficient progress of IT projects such as APP and the Indonesian subsidiary membership system and take responsibility for the results
Requirements :
Minimal Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent
Having 3 years of working experience in the related field is required, experienced at retail industry will be advantage
Having a certain understanding of SAP and other company ERP systems, also have good problem solving and analysis skills
Proficient in IT software and hardware knowledge related to the day-to-day operations of the company
Having good interpersonal and leadership skills, detail oriented, innovative and able to work with fast-pace work situation
Willing to mobile working as needed to Stores and/or Warehouse (business trip)
