We are looking for an Senior Admin to support the Offline Sales Team in managing sales data, performance tracking, and operational control. This role ensures accurate reporting, strong administration, and smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the administrative function of the Offline Sales Team.
Monitor sales targets and track performance achievements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Ensure accuracy of sales data, documentation, and transaction records.
Identify reporting errors, operational gaps, and process issues, and implement improvements.
Work closely with Sales Leaders to improve productivity and execution quality.
Maintain proper internal controls and administrative discipline.
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or similar roles.
Experience leading or supervising a team.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Table, formulas, reporting).
Experienced in monitoring sales targets and preparing performance reports.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Mandarin and/or English proficiency is a plus.
