Production Staff
Job Purpose:
Carry out governance for the manufacture of finished products/Finished Good (FG) in the mixing/filling & packing area, covering all aspects of work, namely safety, quality and cost in accordance with company targets and policies
Job Description:
Carry out mixing/filling & packing operations in accordance with production planning and be responsible for fulfilling targeted production realization
Supervise the results of the FG which is made in accordance with the quality and Build of Material (BOM) that has been determined
Conduct periodic reviews for waste performance, overtime, production realization, work safety and other Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the production department in general, and the mixing department in particular.
Carry out the implementation of company policies such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018, etc.
Analyze problems or gaps that arise in the production process, carry out necessary troubleshooting, and coordinate with other parties/departments if necessary
Qualification:
Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) - Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
Fresh Graduate or 2 years work experience in FMCG production.
Honest, has good intrapersonal skills, able to perform well under pressure.
Likes work in the field and is willing to work in the field, able to work with teams and individuals, healthy physically and mentally.
Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday.
Monday to Friday:
Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm
Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm
Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am.
Saturday:
Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am
Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm
Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm.Work Placement in Gresik, East Java.
