Recruitment Officer
Job Descriptions:
Create and publish job advertisements through various media (online platforms, social media, and educational institutions).
Shortlist and forward qualified candidates’ CVs to hiring managers.
Conduct interviews with candidates to assess competencies and cultural fit.
Perform reference checks to validate candidate's employment history and professional background.
Collect and verify new hire documents and employee data.
Coordinate onboarding preparation with related departments and conduct employee orientation on the first working day.
Create and design digital content for employer branding to attract potential candidates and enhance company visibility.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
Skilled in conducting interviews with Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques and DISC assessment.
Creative, with experience using Canva, CapCut, or other design/video tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Good command of English, both spoken and written.
Experience in IT or technology industry recruitment is a plus.
