Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma III (D3) in any major
At least 2 years of experience as an E-commerce Operation/Admin.
Experience in medical devices is an advantage
Strong interest and passion in sales
Able to operate Microsoft Office (Advance in Excel).
Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively with other teams
Accustomed to working with targets and under pressure
Positive attitude, able to work independently, self-driven, and proactive with high initiative
Responsibilities:
Accustomed to handling multiple accounts or stores.
Manage and monitor delivery operations, including delayed and missed deliveries.
Handle and respond to customer chats across all marketplaces.
Review and respond to customer ratings and reviews.
Monitoring marketing and advertising performance.
Manage participation in marketplace campaigns.
Upload content to social media and other media platforms.
Manage inventory for all products and coordinate with admin for purchasing.
Understanding ERP System especially Accurate Online.
Prepare and manage supplier claim data, including service fees, advertisements, affiliates, and related items.
