Warehouse Staff

Main responsibilities :

• Monitor and conduct periodic stock opname (inventory counting).

• Reconcile stock opname results and investigate any discrepancies.

• Monitor and ensure all items have clear and accurate identification, status, and location.

• Ensure proper warehouse storage arrangements in accordance with applicable warehouse management practices.

• Perform physical and administrative checks for all receiving and dispatch transactions.

• Control and monitor slow-moving items and blocked stock.

• Monitor items with status changes and ensure they are placed in the designated locations.

• Monitor and maintain warehouse cleanliness, material handling equipment, and ensure the security of stored goods.

• Monitor and control operators’ working hours and daily warehouse operations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Logistic / Industrial Engineering / Management / equivalent

• Min. 3 years of experience in the same role from manufacture / distribution company

• Proficient in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, and overall warehouse operations processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Possess a valid Forklift Operator License (SIO).

• Possess a valid SIM A driving license (preferred).

• Good communication, discipline, self-initiave

• Placement in Ungaran plant, near Semarang, Central Java
