Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 3–6 years’ experience in building materials, construction chemicals, or waterproofing
• Mandatory: Proven direct project sales experience
• Experience handling distributors and project-based sales channels
• Strong understanding of tendering processes
• Strong knowledge of construction stages (structural works to finishing)
• Established relationships with local developers in the assigned area
• Hands-on CRM experience for pipeline and account management
• Home Base: Jakarta / Bali / Palembang
Job Responsibilities:
1. Distributor & Direct Project Sales Execution
• Execute sales activities through project-focused distributors and direct project selling
• Support distributors in penetrating contractors, applicators, developers, and project owners
• Ensure consistent sales execution aligned with area targets
2. Project & Tender Handling
• Identify, secure, and manage project opportunities in the assigned area
• Understand and follow the tender process, including pre-qualification, bidding, evaluation, and award
• Conduct strategic negotiations to secure project wins while maintaining healthy margins
3. Key Account Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with:
• local private developers
• contractors
• applicators
• project owners
• Act as the main contact for assigned key accounts and projects
4. Technical & Commercial Coordination
• Understand waterproofing solutions and recommend suitable systems based on project requirements
• Coordinate with technical and specifier teams for trials, mock-ups, and approvals
• Ensure smooth execution from project award to delivery
5. Sales Target & CRM Management
• Achieve assigned sales targets with a focus on quality execution
• Manage project pipelines, forecasts, and account data using CRM systems
• Provide regular updates on project status and sales progress
