Job Responsibilities:
Manage and develop strategic relationships with key architectural accounts, ensuring long-term collaboration and brand preference.
Be fully responsible for achieving specification targets, covering the entire project cycle from design development, tender stage, until final documentation.
Actively promote Oriental Yuhong waterproofing and construction solutions to architects and design consultants.
Coordinate closely with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams to ensure project alignment and execution.
Provide technical presentations, product briefings, and specification support to architects and design firms.
Monitor and track specified projects to ensure conversion from design to awarded tenders.
Maintain accurate records of key accounts, project pipelines, and specification progress.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Architecture.
Possesses a minimum of 20 active key architect accounts, with diverse architectural specializations (e.g., commercial, residential, industrial, infrastructure, hospitality, etc.).
Strong understanding of the design, tender, and construction documentation process.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience in building materials, construction systems, or specification roles will be an advantage.
