Operations Manager (Korean Brand)

Adecco Indonesia is currently assisting a new F&B brand from Korea that is expanding into Indonesia and is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee their newly opened store in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness

• Drive revenue performance, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management

• Monitor and evaluate operational performance across outlets and implement improvements

• Lead, train, and develop restaurant teams to achieve operational excellence

• Build strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners

• Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the same or similar role

• Experience managing multi-outlet or multi-brand operations in the restaurant, lifestyle, retail, or hotel industry

• Strong knowledge of and passion for Food & Beverage (especially related with Korean Brand/Korean BBQ/Korean F&B)

• Fluent in English (Mandatory) and Korean would be preferred

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Good financial and business acumen

• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools
