The In-House Designer delivers high-quality, conversion-driven visual assets across all digital, social, print, and event touchpoints of the gold e-commerce platform.
This role ensures brand consistency, visual excellence, and regulatory-aware design, supporting customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

1. Digital & E-Commerce Design

  • Design assets for website and e-commerce platform (banners, landing pages, product visuals)

  • Support campaign creatives (promotions, bundles, loyalty & referral programs)

  • Optimize designs for conversion, clarity, and mobile responsiveness

  • Work closely with Digital Marketing to align visuals with campaign goals

2. Social Media & Content Design

  • Create creatives for social posts, stories, ads, reels, and thumbnails

  • Develop always-on content and educational visuals (gold pricing, product knowledge)

  • Ensure consistent visual identity across all digital channels

3. Print, Collateral & Event Design

  • Design brochures, flyers, catalogs, certificates, and packaging inserts

  • Support event and pop-up materials (backdrops, booths, POS, banners)

  • Coordinate print-ready files with vendors (formats, color, resolution)

4. Brand & Visual Governance

  • Maintain brand standards and visual consistency across all assets

  • Support brand guideline updates and asset libraries

  • Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory sensitivity in gold marketing

5. Collaboration & Workflow

  • Manage multiple design requests with clear prioritization and timelines

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Platform, and external vendors as required

6. Performance & Improvement

  • Incorporate performance feedback (CTR, engagement, conversions) into designs

  • Stay updated on e-commerce design trends and UX best practices

  • Proactively suggest creative improvements

 

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field

  • Have 2–4 years as a Graphic / Visual / In-House Designer

  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, luxury, financial services, or premium products preferred with exposure to both digital and print design

  • Strong and hands on in visual storytelling and attention to detail with proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma / XD for digital assets

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital marketing formats and knowledge of print production standards, motion graphics or video editing is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
