The In-House Designer delivers high-quality, conversion-driven visual assets across all digital, social, print, and event touchpoints of the gold e-commerce platform.
This role ensures brand consistency, visual excellence, and regulatory-aware design, supporting customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
1. Digital & E-Commerce Design
Design assets for website and e-commerce platform (banners, landing pages, product visuals)
Support campaign creatives (promotions, bundles, loyalty & referral programs)
Optimize designs for conversion, clarity, and mobile responsiveness
Work closely with Digital Marketing to align visuals with campaign goals
2. Social Media & Content Design
Create creatives for social posts, stories, ads, reels, and thumbnails
Develop always-on content and educational visuals (gold pricing, product knowledge)
Ensure consistent visual identity across all digital channels
3. Print, Collateral & Event Design
Design brochures, flyers, catalogs, certificates, and packaging inserts
Support event and pop-up materials (backdrops, booths, POS, banners)
Coordinate print-ready files with vendors (formats, color, resolution)
4. Brand & Visual Governance
Maintain brand standards and visual consistency across all assets
Support brand guideline updates and asset libraries
Ensure compliance with brand and regulatory sensitivity in gold marketing
5. Collaboration & Workflow
Manage multiple design requests with clear prioritization and timelines
Collaborate with Marketing, Platform, and external vendors as required
6. Performance & Improvement
Incorporate performance feedback (CTR, engagement, conversions) into designs
Stay updated on e-commerce design trends and UX best practices
Proactively suggest creative improvements
What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field
Have 2–4 years as a Graphic / Visual / In-House Designer
Experience in e-commerce, retail, luxury, financial services, or premium products preferred with exposure to both digital and print design
Strong and hands on in visual storytelling and attention to detail with proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma / XD for digital assets
Basic understanding of UI/UX and digital marketing formats and knowledge of print production standards, motion graphics or video editing is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
