The Manager Platform owns the day-to-day operational performance, stability, and commercial effectiveness of the company’s online gold retail platform.
This role acts as the business owner of the platform, bridging Marketing, IT, Operations, and Risk, ensuring accurate pricing, reliable transactions, strong sales performance tracking, and a seamless customer experience in a regulated, high-value commodity environment.
What skills and experience do you need?
1. Platform Operations & Stability
Ensure daily platform uptime, transaction accuracy, and smooth customer journeys
Monitor order flow, payment gateways, and system performance
Act as first-level business owner for platform issues and escalations
Ensure platform readiness during campaigns, peak traffic, and promotions
2. IT & Vendor Coordination
Work with IT, cybersecurity, and vendors on:
Bug tracking and resolution
Feature releases, UX improvements, and upgrades
UAT and release sign-off
Support fraud monitoring, anomaly alerts, and cybersecurity controls
3. Catalogue & Pricing Governance
Own gold product catalogue accuracy (specs, purity, certification, availability)
Execute daily pricing updates aligned with:
Gold price movements
Internal pricing policies
Campaign requirements
Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency across the platform
4. Sales & Performance Monitoring
Track daily dashboards covering:
GMV, order volume, conversion, AOV
Platform uptime and transaction success
Identify performance gaps and initiate corrective actions
Prepare concise performance reports for management
5. Marketing Metrics Alignment
Partner with Marketing to track:
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Ensure alignment between platform data and campaign analytics
6. Risk, Compliance & CX
Support fraud-risk monitoring and escalation workflows
Coordinate with Legal & Compliance on:
Precious metals trade regulations
Consumer protection and data privacy
Drive continuous improvement of platform-related customer experience
What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus;
Have 12-15 years in e-commerce platform management or digital operations; At least have 5 years’ experience in similar role as Manager Platform - Online Gold E- Commerce
Experience in regulated, high-value, or price-sensitive platforms preferred; Hands-on experience with dashboards, analytics, CAC & ROAS; Experience managing catalogues and dynamic pricing; Strong track record working with IT on releases, incidents, and platform optimization
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and backend operations; Knowledge of payment flows, order management, and fraud risks; Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret sales and marketing metrics; Business-side understanding of cybersecurity and transaction monitoring.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
