We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations in our Restaurant. The role involves assisting the Head Chef, maintaining food quality, and ensuring kitchen standards are met.
Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Prepare and supervise Middle Eastern cuisine
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards
Supervise and train kitchen staff
Control food cost and inventory
Minimum 3–5 years experience as Sous Chef or similar role
Experience in Middle Eastern cuisine preferred
Fluent in English (required)
Arabic language skill is a plus
Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours
