Key Responsibilities
Create and process Internal Orders (IO) and monitor progress through installation until final documentation is completed as Delivery Orders (DO).
Prepare and issue BAST (Minutes of Handover / Handover Reports) documentation.
Monitor and follow up on Customer Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure timely processing and completion.
Update and maintain MoM (Minutes of Meeting) links, including coordination with customers.
Prepare and submit Petty Cash reports accurately and on time.
Process and monitor advance claims (Advance Reimbursement) in accordance with company procedures.
Submit and monitor ATK (Office Supplies) requests as needed.
Prepare and compile Installation Reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Electrical preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in workshop or maintenance administration
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel required)
