Social Media Specialist

About the role

As a Social Media Specialist at BIENSI FESYENINDO (3SECOND GROUP)', you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote the company's brand, engage with customers, and drive sales. This is a full-time position based in Bandung West Java.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and maintain the company's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok

2. Create and curate engaging, high-quality content to increase brand awareness and drive engagement

3. Analyze social media data and metrics to measure the performance of campaigns and identify areas for improvement

4. Collaborate with the marketing and advertising teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives

5. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform social media strategies

6. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner

7. Assist in the development and execution of social media-driven campaigns and promotions

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

2. 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

3. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content

4. Proficient in using social media platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software

5. Proven track record of driving measurable results through social media campaigns

6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

7. Familiarity with the digital & search marketing industry and the latest trends and best practices
