Position Announcement: General Admin for Dimulti Education

Company Overview: PT. Dimulti Pilar Narmadi is a consulting firm located in Margonda, Depok, West Java. Established in 2008, we operate across main main business areas: product compliance, swimming pool contractor, media services, music recording, and education.

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for the role of General Admin of Dimulti Education. This position involves overseeing daily administrative operations, supporting staff and parents with essential documentation, coordinating schedules and communications, and ensuring smooth organizational processes within the school environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research to strengthen brand awareness for Dimulti Education.

2. Promote and publicize Dimulti Education’s business units: Dimulti Daycare and the Dimulti Immersion Education Program.

3. Carry out market research for Dimulti Daycare in collaboration with private companies and state-owned enterprises.

4. Conduct market research for the Dimulti Immersion Education Program with junior and senior high schools.

5. Develop engaging written content aligned with brand identity and target audiences, to be published on Dimulti Daycare, Preschool, and Immersion Program social media platforms.

6. Prepare and distribute business promotions to clients and partner institutions related to Dimulti Education.

7. Manage social media accounts, including monitoring activity and responding to comments for Dimulti Daycare, Preschool, and the Immersion Program.

8. Compile monthly reports based on research and content activities, following the approved reporting format.

9. Participate in events, training sessions, and workshops organized by PT. Dimulti Pilar Narmadi.

10. Perform additional tasks assigned by management, subject to mutual agreement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in communication, International Affairs, Law, Management, Office Administration / Secretarial Studies, Public Administration, Human Resource Management or other related fields

2. Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in national or international schools will be given priority.

3. Strong command of written and spoken English.

4. Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office applications to efficiently perform and manage office tasks

5. Has good communication skills and a positive attitude.

6. Has good teamwork skills and self-motivated
