Requirements
At least a bachelor's degree or above, major is not specified; passionate about e-commerce or Internet industry development.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, WFO 100% and can join ASAP.
Have an intermediate to advanced level of English to be able to communicate well.
Having a proven experience of 1-2 years in managing end-to-end e-commerce accounts (TikTok and Lazada).
Good communication, coordination, analysis, and expression skills.
Actively participate in the activities organized by the school and have certain leadership and organizational skills.
Computer literacy with minimum basic knowledge and skills of Microsoft Excel, and ERP System.
Proactive, practical, and obedient.
High sense of integrity and commitment.
Responsibilities:
Manage operational online store including but not limited to creating and maintaining store content, ensuring all content is current, and adding products to store categories.
Optimizing the usage of online platform marketing tools.
Act as liaison officer to communicate all online stores' programs and needs with the third-party marketplace.
Coordinate with other departments, customer service, and warehouse for better results.
Manage and monitor the online store’s stock.
Keep up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research, and anticipate changes in Customer demand patterns.
Monitor online customer feedback and liaise with customers to work with or resolve customer or product situations.
